ITS values creativity, experimentation, and a drive toward perfection in every project.Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer (Intern) role is a full-time remote position focused on creating engaging visual content for digital campaigns and brand communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and animating motion graphics, assisting in video production workflows, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into dynamic visual stories. The intern will help develop graphics and layouts for social media, websites, and advertising materials,



while maintaining brand consistency across all assets. Additional tasks may include preparing assets for editing, optimizing files for different platforms, and contributing creative ideas to support ongoing campaigns and client projects.QualificationsStrong foundational skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create smooth, visually appealing animations.Hands-on experience or coursework in Video Production, including basic knowledge of editing timelines and exporting video formats.Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for digital platforms, including social media and web layouts.Familiarity with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar software).Portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling.Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using online communication tools.Strong interest in branding, digital advertising, and marketing-focused design; prior internship or project experience is a plus.Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Animation, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
