An architecture practice based in Tatbad, Coimbatore- is hiring a Junior Architect with 0–2 years of experience to support residential architecture projects. The role involves assisting with design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution.Project ExposureWork may include:- Residential architecture projects- Residential interior projects- Custom home design- Design development- Construction documentationKey Responsibilities- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.- Prepare presentation drawings, design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.- Produce plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development.- Support material selection and architectural detailing.- Coordinate with contractors, vendors,



and project teams during execution.- Participate in site visits to review progress and support implementation of design intent.- Maintain project drawings and documentation throughout different project stages.- Support timely delivery of architectural documentation and project deliverables.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).- 0–2 years of internship or qualified experience in architecture.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural presentation or visualization software.- Understanding of architectural planning, drafting, technical documentation, and detailing.- Familiarity with residential construction methods and building materials.- Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks.Work Schedule- Location: Tatabad, Coimbatore- Working days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
