Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to supervise construction activities, manage workers, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, plans, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

- Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.

- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings.

- Estimate and calculate required construction materials.

- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.

- Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth workflow.

- Travel between multiple project sites when required.





- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.

- Complete assigned work within project timelines.

Salary: 350 OMR / 87000 INR Per Month
Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction.

- Gulf Experience: Mandatory.

- Qualification: Relevant construction/site supervision experience.

- Language: Basic Arabic and English.

- Gender: Male.

- Nationality: Indian.

- Age: Not specified.
