About the Role

- We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside sales Associate with experience in sales, inside sales, or EdTech sales. The role involves connecting with students and prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students and prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements, career goals, and interests.
- Pitch and recommend suitable Healthcare, Pharma programs.
- Generate and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Convert qualified prospects into successful enrollments.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
- Consistently follow up and put in the effort required to achieve targets.

Requirements





- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, or EdTech sales.
- Experience in EdTech sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and convert prospects.
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Candidates with Healthcare, Pharma, Education, or related industry exposure will be an added advantage.
