Job Description:

- Design, develop, and deploy data science models and generative AI applications to address business problems across diverse domains.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI frameworks to automate processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

- Implement machine learning pipelines involving data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment using tools like Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, and cloud AI services.





- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate AI models into scalable production environments using best practices such as MLOps.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, and manage stakeholder sign-offs.

- Monitor model performance post-deployment and propose improvements based on feedback and recent data insights.

- Drive adoption planning and change management initiatives to ensure business and user engagement with AI-powered solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning to recommend innovative approaches.
