Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented RA (Regulatory Affairs) & BD (Business Development) Coordinator for the MD's Office to drive regulatory affairs and cross-functional coordination - spanning dossier tracking, regulatory MIS and MoM/action-point closure across RA, R&D;, BD, QA, Finance and Legal. The role also involves working closely with Upper Management on business growth projects and strategic initiatives, along with documentation and reporting support for the MD's Office and Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Cross Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with RA, R&D; (Research and Development), BD, QA (Quality Assurance) and other cross-functional departments for tracking of regulatory documentation from initiation-to-approval.

• Coordinate current product registrations, renewals, variations, amendments and dossier upgrades across markets; maintain country/product/customer-wise regulatory status trackers.

• Maintain the DRF (Dossier Request Form) Tracker; monitor planned vs. actual timelines, follow up on overdue activities,



and escalate delays or bottlenecks to Management.

• Prepare monthly regulatory MIS and dashboards, and support regulatory status reporting for management, S&OP; and BD review meetings.

• Prepare MoMs for regulatory/BD coordination meetings; maintain a centralized Action Tracker and follow up with owners on overdue or critical items.

MD's Office & Leadership Support

• Execute business growth, research and strategic projects assigned by Upper Management/MD's Office from time to time - nature and scope to be defined by Management on a project basis, in addition to core RA & BD responsibilities.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of communications, decisions and instructions from the MD's Office, Management and Senior Leadership.

• Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for meetings involving Senior Management/Leadership; track resulting action points through to closure.
