We're looking for an Associate Director - Sales, Haryana to lead commercial performance across one of our most significant markets. Reporting directly to the Regional Director - North, this role will drive profitable growth, market share expansion, customer partnerships, and execution excellence across Haryana, with future opportunities to take on broader market responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver sales, profit, and market share targets across Haryana.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Strengthen distribution, availability, and execution of key brands and innovations.
- Build strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Drive trade investments, promotions, and sales budgets for maximum ROI.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities.
- Leverage data, insights, and sales technology to enhance decision-making and performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing,



Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and managing large territories.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and people leadership capabilities.
- Post Graduation (MBA in Sales and Marketing from Good B-School)
- Alcohol beverage industry experience preferred.
- Candidates from FMCG, Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries are also encouraged to apply.
