Are you passionate about creating impactful retail experiences and visual storytelling through window displays?

/n

We are looking for a talented Window Display Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

/n

- Develop creative concepts and design directions for retail window displays, storefronts, and in-store installations .

/n

- Translate brand campaigns and communication into compelling physical retail experiences.

/n

- Create mood boards, concept presentations, sketches, layouts, elevations, and 3D visualisations .

/n

- Develop designs while considering scale, proportion, visibility, lighting, materials, and customer movement.

/n

- Work closely with the design, VM, fabrication, and project teams to ensure accurate execution.

/n

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, props, graphics, fixtures, and display elements.

/n

- Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for fabrication and installation.

/n

- Coordinate with vendors and fabricators to resolve design and production-related challenges.

/n

- Conduct site visits and support installations to ensure the final output matches the approved design.

/n

- Adapt concepts across different store formats, sizes, and locations while maintaining brand consistency.

/n

- Stay updated with retail trends,



visual merchandising, materials, fabrication techniques, and experiential design .

Skills & Qualifications:

/n

/n

/n

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, Product Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field .

/n

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in window display, visual merchandising, retail design, exhibition, or experiential design .

/n

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for detail.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .

/n

- Knowledge of 3D software such as Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools .

/n

- Understanding of materials, fabrication processes, lighting, printing, and installation techniques.

/n

- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into physical experiences.

/n

- Solid presentation and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

/n

- Willingness to travel for site visits and installations when required.

/n
