- Hands-on experience in Sail Point IIQ
- Experience in application onboarding, connectors, and rule configuration
- Strong experience in user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management (JML)
- Ability to design and develop IAM solutions using Sail Point IIQ
- Experience in integrating Sail Point with internal and external systems
- Knowledge of Access Reviews (Certification campaigns) and customization
- Experience in implementing RBAC, ABAC, and SoD controls
- Ability to develop and maintain IAM technical documentation
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
