Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Email Lead Generation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients for Skylooper's web design and development services and generating qualified leads through targeted cold email outreach.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching businesses that may need website design, redesign, Word Press, Woo Commerce, Magento, or custom development services; identifying decision-makers; building targeted prospect lists creating personalized email campaigns; managing follow-ups; and tracking campaign performance.





The ideal candidate should understand how to identify high-quality prospects for a web development agency, rather than simply sending large volumes of generic emails.

Qualifications

- Experience with email campaign planning and execution, including segmentation, automation workflows, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hub Spot, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for concise, compelling, and brand-aligned email content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics interpretation.
- Understanding of deliverability best practices, list management, consent-based marketing, and anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR fundamentals).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort working with data, using tools such as Google Analytics or platform dashboards to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with web design or SaaS/startup clients is a plus.
