Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance while maintaining efficient ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max, and other relevant formats.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting .
- Create and optimize ad copies, extensions/assets, landing page strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall ROI .
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Perform A/B testing of ads, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with the content, creative, SEO, and web teams to improve campaign performance.




- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends .
- Manage remarketing and audience-based campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns comply with Google advertising policies and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads / Google Ads Manager .
- Excellent knowledge of Search, Display, You Tube, and Performance Max campaigns .
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization .
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets .
- Good understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing .
- Candidates with experience managing lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns will be preferred.
- Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.
