Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

/n

- Assist in developing tax planning and tax-efficient strategies to minimize clients’ tax liabilities.

/n

- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

/n

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and related documentation.

/n

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely service delivery.

/n

- Prepare and analyze financial statements , including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

/n





- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

/n

- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, and collections.

/n

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews.

/n

- Identify accounting and tax discrepancies and assist in resolving them efficiently.

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- CA / Chartered Accountant – Qualified or pursuing.

/n

- CA Inter candidates are welcome to apply.

/n

- CA Dropped / CA Dropout candidates with relevant accounting and taxation experience are also encouraged to apply.

/n

- Strong knowledge of US taxation and accounting will be an advantage.

/n

- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliations.

/n

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

/n

- Candidates with experience working with US CPA firms or international clients will be preferred.
