About the Role

TSP Select is seeking an aggressive and highly driven US Staffing Business Development professional capable of generating Direct Clients, RPO Projects, MSP Programs, VMS Opportunities, Tier-1 Partnerships, and Prime Vendor Relationships.

This role is designed for professionals who thrive in client acquisition, business expansion, and revenue generation within the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Direct Clients across the US market.
- Acquire new RPO projects and recruitment outsourcing engagements.
- Establish relationships with MSPs, Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and VMS-based programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships that drive long-term business growth.




- Negotiate commercial agreements and close recent business opportunities.
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and staffing trends.

Required Skills

- Experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Knowledge of Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, Tier-1, Prime Vendor, and RPO models.
- Strong business networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of staffing delivery models.
- Self-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
