- Mandatory hands-on proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Strong experience in 3D solid and surface modelling.
- Good knowledge of engineering drafting and preparation of detailed 2D drawings.
- Practical experience designing automotive plastic components for interior and/or exterior applications.
- Experience with components such as IP, consoles, door trims, pillar trims, front and rear bumpers, grilles, and trims.
- Strong understanding of automotive plastic design, packaging, interfaces, fitment, and manufacturability.
- Ability to interpret engineering requirements and convert them into accurate 3D models and production-ready designs.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to dimensional and design details.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Robust communication skills and a collaborative approach to product development.
- Ability to manage design changes, multiple tasks, and development timelines effectively.
