Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities.
2. Client Outreach: Initiate contact via emails, calls, LinkedIn, or meetings to qualify prospects.
3. Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools.
6. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
7. Revenue Growth: Support strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
8. Negotiation Support: Assist in pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
10. Reporting: Prepare regular performance, sales, and forecasting reports.
11. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
12. Support the development of go-to-market strategies.
13. Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
14. Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
15. Provide feedback from customers to improve products or services.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹250,000 - 400,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,65,000 - 5,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /year
