The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Perfect Hands Solutions, ensuring sustainable growth across its hospitality portfolio. This full time, on-site role, based in Ernakulam, involves setting the company’s vision, driving business performance, and aligning hospitality and technology initiatives with market opportunities.

- Drive overall growth profitability and long term success
- Onboard and build strong relationships with hotels, resorts and partners
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Grow our hotel management portfolio with excellence in operations
- Build lasting partnerships with hotel owners and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong hospitality/hotel industry experience
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of improving efficiency, service quality, and scalability in multi-location or portfolio-based businesses.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning,



including setting long-term goals, developing roadmaps, and executing growth strategies.
- Successful background in Sales and commercial leadership, including partnership development, contract negotiation, and market expansion.
- Extensive leadership experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries, with a strong understanding of digital channels and technology-enabled hospitality solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive change.
- Experience in brand building, digital marketing oversight, and customer experience strategy is highly beneficial.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
