Fotograf is a premium wedding photography and cinematography company creating timeless visual stories across India and international destinations.
We are looking for an Operations & Post Production Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of our projects and ensure everything moves smoothly from shoot to final delivery.
What You'll Do
Manage post-production timelines and project trackers.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, album designers and freelancers.
Track data, backups, selections, revisions and final deliveries.
Coordinate with clients for pending selections, approvals and updates.
Assist with shoot logistics, travel and vendor coordination.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify operational issues early and help resolve them.
Maintain daily project updates and documentation.
Ensure Fotograf's processes and quality standards are followed.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Valuable knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets and basic project management tools.
Understanding of photography/video workflows is a plus.
The Ideal Person
Someone who takes ownership, follows through on tasks, stays calm under pressure and doesn't need to be constantly reminded to get things done.
