ABOUT THE ROLE

KKS Dental and Medical Care is looking for an experienced and highly driven Dentist–CEO to take overall responsibility for the operations, growth, profitability, clinical standards and team performance of our multi-branch dental clinic network.

This is not primarily a chairside dentist position.

The CEO will function as the business and operational head of KKS Dental and Medical Care and will be responsible for ensuring that every clinic operates efficiently, ethically, profitably and consistently.

The successful candidate should combine the clinical understanding of a dentist with the commercial thinking, leadership ability and execution discipline of an entrepreneur.

The CEO will report directly to the Managing Partner / Ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall Business Leadership

Take complete operational responsibility for KKS Dental and Medical Care.

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, profitability, patient volumes and treatment completion across all branches.

Translate the vision of the promoters into measurable operational plans.

Take ownership of branch-wise performance and ensure agreed business targets are achieved.

Identify operational problems early and resolve them without requiring routine intervention from the Managing Partner.

5. Patient Conversion & Treatment Completion

Monitor the complete patient journey from enquiry to completed treatment.

Track:

Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Diagnosis → Treatment Plan → Acceptance → Treatment → Payment → Follow-up → Recall

Identify where patients are dropping out and implement corrective measures.

Improve treatment acceptance through better patient education, communication, follow-up and service quality — without compromising clinical ethics or pressuring patients into unnecessary treatment.

Monitor:
