We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to understand customer needs, define requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.
- Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Conduct customer and user research to understand needs and pain points.
- Gather and analyze feedback and translate customer needs into product requirements and improvements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support product launches, pilot customers, onboarding activities,
and continuous product improvements.
- Track and analyze key product and customer KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the product team and ensure customer needs are represented.
Must Have

- 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and document business needs.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
