Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain product/service offerings and address customer queries.
- Persuade prospects to purchase and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
