We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting basic market research, and assisting with client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, databases, and other platforms.
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Make introductory calls and send qualified emails/messages.
- Understand client requirements and share them with the BD team.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Update daily activities and lead status in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Support the BD team in achieving monthly lead-generation targets.
- Learn digital marketing services and understand how they create business value.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Confidence in speaking with new people.
- Good research and internet skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently.
KPI / Performance Measures
- Number of leads researched.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Calls/messages completed.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Database accuracy.
- Meetings/appointments generated.
- Learning and activity consistency.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
