The Part time Plant Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production is carried out as per approved SOPs, BMRs and GMP requirements. The role will include production planning, supervision of manufacturing and packaging activities, coordination with QA/QC, monitoring of equipment maintenance and calibration, manpower management, inventory and material utilization, batch documentation, yield and productivity, and compliance with applicable CDSCO and quality-system requirements. The Plant Manager will also support deviation/CAPA investigations, process improvement, safety and hygiene, and provide regular operational updates to the management, while ensuring that final product release remains under the authorized QA function.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
