- Execute ELV projects as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Supervise technicians and site teams and allocate work as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs and project specifications.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the procurement/stores team.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, demonstrations and system handovers.
- Coordinate with clients during inspections and address observations.
- Ensure proper completion of snagging and handover activities.
