Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and provide regular hiring updates.
- Negotiate offers and assist with the joining process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
