- Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, orderly, and positive space with clear rules and positive routines.
- Student Assessment: Grade assignments, create tests, evaluate progress, and write regular report cards.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents during conferences to discuss student growth and concerns.
- Student Supervision: Monitor children during class, lunch, and playground times to keep them safe.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in education or a subject-specific degree paired with a teaching certification.
- Communication: Clear verbal and listening skills to instruct children and speak with families.
- Patience & Empathy: A caring nature to manage diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
