Job Summary

UVK Link Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tool Room Supervisor to manage day-to-day tool room activities, including tooling, jigs, fixtures, dies, machining, assembly, maintenance, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily tool room and manufacturing activities.
- Plan and monitor machining, fabrication, fitting, and assembly work.
- Manage the development and maintenance of dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and tooling.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project teams.
- Allocate jobs and manpower according to project priorities.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve machining, fitting, and assembly issues.
- Maintain tool room records, job cards, and material requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety,



housekeeping, and 5S practices.
- Support installation, trials, modifications, and customer requirements when required.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Tool Room operations and machining processes.
- Knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures, Dies, Gauges, and Tooling.
- Understanding of CNC/VMC machining, conventional machines, grinding, welding, and fitting.
- Ability to read 2D engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Good manpower handling and supervision skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or engineering industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling multiple jobs and coordinating with production teams.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and measurement instruments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
