Key Responsibilities

- Interact with international customers and understand their requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Drive sales conversions and achieve assigned targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good negotiation,



objection-handling, and closing skills.
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development will have an added advantage.
