About Job :- We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Inside Sales Representative. In this role, your primary Key Result Area (KRA) will be sourcing, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads across multiple channels to fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively research and extract verified potential client leads from various sources, including LinkedIn, online directories, tender portals, industry databases, and cold outreach.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily and weekly logs of leads contacted,



conversion rates, and pipeline updates.
- Sales Handover: Work closely with senior sales team members to ensure seamless transition and context delivery for qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus proficiency in Hindi or Assamese.
- Research Ability: Strong online research capabilities to identify decision-makers and gather verified contact details.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet monthly lead targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
