We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business, maintaining customer relationships, generating orders, and achieving assigned sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit optical shops, dealers, distributors, and other customers regularly.
- Generate orders and follow up on customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote company products and explain product features to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolving complaints.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Dispatch, Accounts,
Production, and other departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Conduct regular market visits within the assigned territory.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Experience in the optical/lens industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
