Job Summary

The Billing Staff will be responsible for accurate and smooth billing operations, handling customer payments, invoices, and coordinating with the sales and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately using Tally/ERP.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other customer payments.
- Verify product details, quantity, price, discounts, and applicable GST before billing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to complete billing quickly and correctly.
- Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.
- Maintain daily billing records and cash/collection reports.
- Check and reconcile billing collections with cash, UPI, and card transactions.
- Maintain proper invoice and payment documentation.
- Assist the accounts team with daily reconciliation and reporting.
- Handle customer billing queries politely and professionally.
- Ensure billing counter cleanliness and organized documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.




- Report billing errors, payment mismatches, or system issues to the concerned manager immediately.
- Support smooth customer checkout and provide a positive final experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and billing software.
- Basic accounting and calculation skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of cash, UPI, and card transactions.
- accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible, honest, and punctual.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
