Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in Hyderabad. The role requires strong field engagement, client relationship management, and the ability to generate new business and drive revenue growth in the healthcare and diagnostics sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and corporate clients.
- Promote diagnostic services and healthcare solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to strengthen business relationships.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns, both online and offline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and daily activity reports.




- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and healthcare events.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field – Mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.

Preferred Competencies

- Experience in the diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical industry.
- Existing network with doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Robust lead-generation and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad healthcare market will be an added advantage.
