We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, especially IT Infrastructure hiring.
Location- Bhopal(Preferred local candidates only)
Budget- 2.5LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant IT profiles
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure positions are closed within timelines
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- IT Infrastructure hiring experience is highly preferred
- Good understanding of technologies such as Networking, Windows/Linux, Cloud, System Administration, Cybersecurity, Database, DevOps, etc.
- Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
