AAYOR Hotel & Resorts is looking for a creative and trend-focused Reel Creator & Video Editor who can shoot, edit and produce engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, create strong opening hooks and turn easy footage into attractive, high-retention reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Create content for hotels, banquets, weddings, restaurants and events.
- Develop engaging concepts, hooks, captions and storytelling ideas.
- Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit videos with trending music, transitions, subtitles and effects.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, property tours and event highlights.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats and audio.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for regular shoots.
- Maintain organised files and deliver content on time.

Skills Required





- Good knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends.
- Good shooting sense, framing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create fast-paced and engaging videos.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and photo editing is preferred.
- Creativity, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Comfortable travelling to our Jaipur properties and event locations when required.

Experience

- Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.
- Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, events, food or lifestyle content will be preferred.
- A formal degree is not mandatory—your creativity and portfolio matter more.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
