Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with engineers and site teams, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop design concepts based on project requirements and client needs.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other project teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and vendors.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
- Prepare material and finish specifications when required.
- Identify design or site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
- Ensure projects are completed according to quality, design,



and timeline requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D visualization software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building planning, construction details, and materials.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate projects.
- Good design and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of construction and site execution.
- Candidates who can independently handle drawings and site coordination will be preferred.

Salary

₹20 k - 25 kper month, based on experience and skills.
