Job Overview:

We are seeking a articulate, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller to join our team across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, playing a critical role in driving sales pipelines, generating qualified leads, and communicating our pharmaceutical and healthcare product offerings effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Prospecting: Place proactive outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, healthcare providers, and businesses within the assigned territory.

Product Pitching & Value Presentation: Clear and compellingly explain company products, healthcare services, and promotional offers to spark customer interest.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify qualified sales leads, schedule follow-up appointments, and pass high-potential opportunities to the field sales team.

Database & Call Records Management: Accurately update and maintain client profiles, contact history, call logs, and response details in the internal system.

Sales Coordination: Work closely with field sales executives to ensure smooth lead handover,



conversion tracking, and timely resolution of customer queries.

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outbound call targets, lead generation quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Outstanding phone etiquette, active listening, and strong spoken communication capabilities.

Confident and persuasive phone demeanor with solid objection-handling abilities.

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills for logging call activity accurately.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to maintain continuous outreach efforts.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirement: Excellent verbal communication, clear phone etiquette, and persuasive/convincing skills are strictly mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
