Position Overview

INCL Media is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team for a Ministry of Defence project. The selected candidate will be deployed at the client’s premises and will be responsible for creating professional, visually engaging designs as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics, creatives, layouts, and visual content for digital and official communication.
- Develop designs based on project and client requirements.
- Work on social media creatives, presentations, banners, infographics, and other visual communication materials.
- Maintain consistency in design, branding, typography, and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the content and client-servicing teams to understand design requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned design projects.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant skilled experience as a Graphic Designer,



in addition to the required educational qualification.
- Regular Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognised institution.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/tools, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Other relevant Adobe design tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual communication.
- Good creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at the client location.
