- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices within SAP environments.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP MDG workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for enhancing user interfaces related to master data management.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
