Operations Manager – Projects & Service

Dgtronix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing CCTV, ELV, Networking & Security Systems Integration companybased in Bengaluru.

We are looking for an experienced and accountable Operations Manager – Projects & Service to take ownership of our day-to-day project and service operations.

This is not a purely administrative role.

We are looking for someone who can plan work, manage engineers, control project execution, monitor service tickets, coordinate materials, handle customer escalations and build a disciplined operations system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end execution of CCTV/ELV projects.
- Plan manpower, site activities and project schedules.
- Allocate engineers and technicians based on workload and skill.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage service tickets from assignment to closure.
- Monitor AMC schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, procurement and accounts.
- Track material requirements, procurement and engineer material consumption.
- Identify project delays and operational bottlenecks.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project, service, manpower and material records.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and dashboards.
- Monitor engineer productivity, SLA, rework and documentation.
- Implement and continuously improve DTPL's operating processes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years in project/service operations or team management.
- Experience in CCTV / ELV / Security Systems / Networking / System Integration preferred.
- Good understanding of IP CCTV,



networking and ELV systems.
- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive customer handling and communication skills.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage field engineers and technicians.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
