Content Strategist / Manager (Internship)

About the Role

You'll be the person who figures out why content works, not just what looks nice. You'll research what's actually performing across platforms, spot patterns before they're obvious, and turn that research into fresh ideas that genuinely grow our social presence.

What You'll Do

- Research and track what's working on social right now: trends, formats, timing
- Understand how algorithms roughly reward certain content, and use that to shape strategy
- Pitch original content ideas, not just reactive ones
- Track basic metrics and translate numbers into "here's what we should do next"
- Work closely with the social media and community teams to keep strategy and execution aligned

What We're Looking For

- A working understanding of how social algorithms roughly behave (reach, engagement signals, timing, formats)
- Comfort with basic content and analytics tools (platform insights, trend-tracking, scheduling tools)
- Someone who brings ideas without being asked:



you see gaps and fill them
- A systems thinker: you notice patterns, not just individual posts
- Proactive, creative, a team player, and hungry to grow

The Details

- Time Commitment: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
- Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000/month
