Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction Management:

Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from healthcare customers.

Provide prompt and courteous responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

Assist patients in scheduling appointments with healthcare providers.

Coordinate availability and provide necessary instructions.

3. Patient Advocacy:

Advocate for patient needs, collaborating with healthcare teams for resolution.

Ensure seamless care transitions and address patient concerns.

4. Healthcare Navigation:

Educate patients on available services and resources.

Assist patients in navigating complex healthcare systems.

5. Complaint Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and grievances.

Escalate unresolved issues for timely resolution.

6. Data Documentation:





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Identify process improvement opportunities based on feedback.

Enhance healthcare customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent.

*Proven customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

*Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace.

*Proficiency in Computer & Advance Excel

*Knowledge of healthcare terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
