Job Description – Night Shift Operations Executive

Role: Night Shift Operations Executive – Teleconsultation & Order Monitoring
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Employment Type: Full time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to monitor real-time teleconsultation operations, coordinate with doctors, and ensure timely order completion across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor multiple platforms, incoming orders and order TAT in real time.
- Track doctor login, availability, order acceptance and completion.
- Prompt and coordinate with doctors for pending orders and coverage.
- Ensure adequate doctor availability throughout the shift.
- Monitor and minimise pending orders and TAT breaches.
- Respond promptly to client and internal team queries.
- Escalate operational/technical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain shift reports and provide proper handover to the next team.
- Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Call Centre, Customer Support, Healthcare or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.




- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and communication tools.
- Proactive, responsive and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Experience in real-time monitoring/order management is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates from BPO, Call Centre, Command Centre, E-commerce Operations, Healthcare Operations or Order Management backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
