We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter for our Senior Secondary Schools to build and manage an effective system for high-quality recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen and shortlist CVs for teaching & non-teaching positions
* Identify and align strong candidates with current vacancies
* Build an effective and streamlined recruitment pipeline
* Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and other sourcing partners
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate documentation
* Maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements
Preferred: Recruitment experience, particularly in the education/school sector.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
