About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive performance across our Retail and FOFO outlets in Chennai. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing store teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across assigned Retail and FOFO outlets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet/store teams to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive sales, conversions, customer acquisition, and overall outlet performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team-level targets.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, customer handling, product/service knowledge, and conversion.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the outlets and central/support teams.
- Monitor staffing, attendance, productivity, and performance of the team.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and customer experience standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with the management.
- Support new outlet launches and ensure smooth execution of retail operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, store operations, sales, or outlet management.
- Prior experience managing multiple stores/outlets or a team will be preferred.
- Strong experience in target-driven sales and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with field movement across Chennai outlets.
- Candidates from Retail, D2C, Beauty, Healthcare, Dental, Wellness, Fitness, or Consumer Services industries will be preferred.
