Position: CA / CS – Finance, ROC & Corporate Compliance Specialist
Location : Chennai
Experience : 5 to 10 yrs

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Handling accounting, taxation, audit support, and other Chartered Accountant-related activities.

· Managing GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory financial compliances.

· Ensuring proper maintenance of financial and statutory records.

· Handling ROC filings, annual returns, and Companies Act compliances.

· Managing company/LLP incorporation and other MCA-related activities.

· Maintaining statutory records, board resolutions, and overall CS-related compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications

· Candidate with practical exposure in both CA and CS-related compliance activities

· Experience working in consultancy firms, CA firms, or corporate compliance teams preferred

Experience Required





· 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ROC filings and incorporation work.

· Hands-on experience with MCA portal and statutory compliance processes.

· Exposure to handling corporate compliance and secretarial activities.

· Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.
