NPP Engineering is looking for an experienced and responsible PPC Executive to manage production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and production monitoring for CNC/VMC machining operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining proper coordination between Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and available capacity.
- Plan and schedule jobs for CNC/VMC machines according to delivery schedules and priorities.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Prepare and maintain Job Orders, Production Plans, Machine Loading Plans, and Production Reports.
- Coordinate with the Production team regarding machine availability, manpower, tooling, and production priorities.
- Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely availability of raw materials, tools, inserts, and other production requirements.
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and maintain proper production status.
- Track rejection, rework, downtime, and production delays and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action.
- Follow up on pending jobs and ensure that urgent/customer-priority orders are completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with Quality and Dispatch for timely inspection and dispatch of finished components.
- Maintain daily production records and prepare MIS reports related to production, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Maintain proper documentation and update ERP/Excel records on a regular basis.
- Analyze production capacity and machine utilization to improve productivity.




- Communicate production priorities and changes effectively to the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper adherence to company production procedures and timelines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of PPC and production planning in CNC/VMC machining.
- Understanding of CNC/VMC machine processes and machining operations.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, machine loading, WIP control, and order tracking.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including basic formulas, filters, sorting, and reporting.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP software will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs and production priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production and delivery deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant technical experience in CNC/VMC machining may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning.
- Experience in a CNC/VMC machining, precision engineering, auto components, or engineering manufacturing company will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and result-oriented skilled who can effectively coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth production flow from material availability to machining, inspection, and dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
