We are looking for a passionate and practical AI & Digital Skills Trainer to help students develop the digital capabilities required for today's academic, professional, and corporate environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Trainer – AI & Digital Skills with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience to deliver engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand training on modern AI tools, digital productivity platforms, online communication, internet usage, and workplace technology.

The trainer should be able to demonstrate tools practically, guide learners through hands-on activities, and connect digital skills with real-world workplace applications. The ability to communicate effectively in Telugu is mandatory, along with proficiency in English for professional and technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on AI & Digital Skills.
- Teach students how to effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered applications.
- Explain prompt writing and AI-assisted content creation through practical demonstrations.
- Train learners on AI image generation and other digital content creation tools.




- Teach computer and internet fundamentals, online safety, cloud storage, and file-sharing practices.
- Train students on office productivity tools, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and digital note-taking.
- Guide learners in using email, online meeting platforms such as Zoom/Google Meet, and digital collaboration tools.
- Explain professional digital communication and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct practical activities such as AI content creation, online presentations, and digital resume creation.
- Guide students in creating qualified digital resumes and online professional profiles.
- Introduce learners to job portals and effective digital job-search practices.
- Help students understand remote-work tools, workflows, and professional digital practices.
- Provide practical assignments, activities, demonstrations, and real-world examples.
- Assess learner participation, assignments, and practical understanding.
- Keep training content updated with emerging AI tools and workplace technologies.
- Deliver explanations and learner support in Telugu wherever required to ensure effective understanding.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in training, teaching, digital skills, AI tools, corporate technology, or a related field.




- Strong knowledge of AI tools and applications, especially generative AI.
- Practical knowledge of ChatGPT, prompt writing, AI content creation, and AI image tools.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and productivity tools.
- Knowledge of digital communication and collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of internet research, cloud storage, file sharing, and online safety.
- Familiarity with digital resume creation, professional profiles, and job portals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to explain technical and digital concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Comfortable conducting hands-on and activity-based training.
- Ability to adapt training according to different learner skill levels.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in English and explain them clearly in Telugu when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Business, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of prior experience as a Trainer, Faculty, Instructor, Corporate Trainer, Digital Skills Coach, or industry professional.
- Candidates with industry experience in AI, Digital Transformation, EdTech, Productivity Tools, or Corporate Technology are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications in AI, digital skills, Microsoft/Google tools, or related areas will be an advantage.
- Experience training students or professionals from Telugu-speaking backgrounds will be preferred.
