Brand Development Officer – Fresher / Experienced

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, business development, or related fields preferred.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and business development strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and brand promotion techniques.
- Creative thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Canva, PowerPoint, or marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and promoting the company’s brand identity.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Support social media and digital branding initiatives.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help organize campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities.
- Work closely with management to improve brand visibility and business growth.

Terms and Conditions:

- Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to company standards and processes.
- Initial 3 months will be considered as a training/orientation period.
- Employee should satisfactorily meet performance expectations and company standards.
- Relevant educational documents, experience certificates, or references may be required.
- Offer letter and company agreements must be signed upon joining.
- Passport with minimum 2 years validity is preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to travel to other locations, including foreign countries, if required.

Salary:

- ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and performance)
