Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and entries

Handle accounts payable & receivable

Prepare invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and MIS reports

Monitor expenses and budgets

Coordinate with auditors and support audits

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of accounting principles

Familiarity with software like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems

Attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding of taxation (GST, Income Tax)

Good communication and organizational ability
