Architectural Draughtsman

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and documentation based on the design requirements provided by the architect/design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details for execution.
- Develop drawings for architectural elements such as doors, windows, staircases, wardrobes, kitchens, ceilings, flooring, and other details.
- Incorporate revisions and comments from architects and consultants accurately.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings are dimensionally accurate and follow office standards.
- Prepare drawing sets for client approval, municipal submissions, and site execution wherever required.
- Maintain proper drawing versions and documentation.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and project team to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and verify measurements.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned architect.
- Ensure drawings are issued within the required project timelines.

Position

Site Engineer – Residential Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and technically strong Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor quality and progress,



and ensure that construction is carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, materials, and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities wherever required.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and immediately report them.
- Coordinate with the draughtsman/architect for required drawing clarifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work.
- Ensure contractors follow the required construction sequence and specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates.
- Maintain records of site measurements, material deliveries, work progress, and pending works.
- Coordinate material requirements with the project team.
- Check materials received at site against approved specifications.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Monitor and coordinate multiple trades including civil, masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other works.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements clearly to contractors.
- Identify potential execution issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic site safety practices.
- Prepare a snag list and follow up until rectification is completed.
- Ensure completed work is properly checked and handed over.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
