Hodo Stays is a design-led aparthotel brand based in Bengaluru. We run a portfolio of apartment hotels that are built around great design and a genuine hospitality experience. Our marketing team handles everything from social content and email campaigns to influencer partnerships.

About the Role

We're looking for someone to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Associate. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, you'll be the person who makes sure things actually get done.

What You'll Be Doing

- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other active platforms we run.
- Send out email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts on time.
- Keep the content calendar updated and flag anything that's delayed or missing well before it becomes a problem.

CRM

- You'll be the main person managing our CRM day to day, keeping contact lists clean, audiences segmented correctly, and all campaign data logged properly.
- Set up email and WhatsApp flows within the CRM, making sure the right people are getting the right messages at the right time.
- Keep an eye on delivery rates and open rates, if something looks off, let the team know early.

Influencer Coordination

- You'll be the main point of contact when we're working with influencers, sending briefs, chasing timelines, and making sure we actually receive what was agreed.
- Track when influencer content is due, when it's been approved, and when it goes live.
- Maintain a easy tracker with influencer details, what we did together, and how it performed.

Reporting

- Put together weekly and monthly reports covering social media, email, WhatsApp, and any paid campaigns we're running.
- Pull the numbers from platform dashboards (Meta, Mailchimp, etc.) and the CRM, and turn them into something the team and leadership can actually read and act on.
- Track how campaigns are doing against targets and make a note of what worked, what didn't.

Day-to-Day Team Operations

- Keep things moving between the content strategist, the designer,



and any external vendors or freelancers we work with.
- Keep shared drives, asset folders, and task boards organised so the team isn't hunting for things.
- Handle admin-level coordination, tool subscriptions, vendor emails, archiving old assets.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years in a marketing, social media, or digital coordination role. Freshers with solid internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Social media tools: You've used at least one scheduling tool before, example - Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or something similar.
- CRM: You've worked with a CRM platform, example - Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent. You don't need to be an expert, but you shouldn't be starting from zero.
- WhatsApp campaigns: Some familiarity with WhatsApp Business or broadcast tools is a plus.
- Spreadsheets: Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel trackers, calendars, and basic reporting are part of the job.
- Organised: You should be able to manage multiple deadlines at once without losing track of things.
- Clear communicator: You write well enough to coordinate with influencers, vendors, and teammates without things getting lost in translation.
- Reliable: You follow through on things without needing to be chased. If you say it'll be done, it gets done.

Good to Have

- Experience working with a hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brand.
- Some familiarity with analytics, example - Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar.
- You've coordinated influencer collaborations before, even at a small scale.
